K-PRO Membership Cards

K-PRO Membership Cards are identification cards that indicate that the corresponding athlete, coach, referee, and official is recognized by K-PRO as a professional in the karate sport.

Note: the cards above are only props and not based on actual data.

Athlete Membership Card

The Athlete Membership Card is an identity card for athletes who are professionally affiliated with the K-PRO system. The card is designed with a modern and attractive style, incorporating important information about the athlete. The athlete's rating and achievement history of open championship medals are also included in the membership card.

Card Components

1Verification Badge

This is an indicator that the athlete's membership has been verified by the K-PRO assessor team. Verification includes age, domicile, and athlete identity from the identity card uploaded during the registration process. After the verification process, the identity card photo will be deleted from the system to maintain data security.

2Profile Photo

The athlete's best photo uploaded by the athlete during the registration process. The K-PRO system automatically removes the background of the profile photo so it can be properly placed on the card. The same photo will be used during championships in the K-PRO championship system, especially in the scoreboard and streaming systems.

3Province Logo (Indonesian athletes only)

Province logo according to the province of origin determined by the athlete when registering as a member.

4Dojo Logo (Indonesian athletes only)

Dojo logo according to the dojo of origin determined by the athlete when registering as a member.

5Rating

This is a value used to measure an athlete's ability to develop their career as a karate athlete. Points are accumulated from official championship results uploaded by the athlete to the K-PRO system. Championship results included in the point calculation are only championships sanctioned by FORKI, or other official national and international karate institutions. Before accumulation, uploaded championship results are first verified by the K-PRO assessor team to ensure their validity.

The rating is formulated as follows:

\( RTG = \frac{\sum_{i=0}^{\infty} P_{i} \times \alpha^{Y_{P_i}}}{N} \times 50 \)

\( \sum_{i=0}^{\infty} \)The system will accumulate the total points of each championship that has been verified by the assessor team. Please note that K-PRO only recognizes championship results from the last 3 (three) years.

\( P_{i} \)Points from the relevant championship.

\( \alpha \)Coefficient to reduce point weight as time passes. The determined coefficient value is 0.85. With this coefficient, achievement points from previous years will decrease with the distance of years.

\( Y_{P_i} \)The distance in years between the current time and the date the championship was added.

\( N \)A point value as a comparison between the accumulated points of the relevant athlete and the athlete with the highest accumulated points from the previous league season. For the first season, the number used is 500.

6Open Medal History

Results from open championships uploaded by the athlete to the K-PRO system will be displayed as a history of accumulated medals and participation. To maintain data validity, information on open championship achievement results will also be verified first by the K-PRO assessor team.

7Country of Origin Flag

National flag of the athlete's country of origin, with 4x3 dimensions. The athlete's country of origin is verified first by the athlete assessor team.

8Membership Number

Unique identification number given to each K-PRO member after registration.

9Full Name

The full name of the relevant athlete. The full name has been verified to match the name listed on the ID card or other identity card officially recognized by government institutions.

10Specialization Type

11Membership Card Type
